Returns and Replacements
We stand by the quality and design of every piece. If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, you may submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your order. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
To report an issue, please contact us at contact@unstyledcollective.com with your order number and any relevant photos.
* Approved claims will be reprinted and shipped at no additional cost.
* Items deemed defective due to a factory error will be covered fully by us.
Return Address
All returns are directed to the default address assigned by our factory, based on regional fulfillment. You will receive a return confirmation via email once your package arrives at the facility.
Important: If the return address is changed from the factory's default location, the buyer will be responsible for any costs associated with handling and reshipment.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated and confirmed address has been provided.
If your order has not yet been shipped, please email us immediately to request an address correction. Once the package is in transit, we can no longer change the delivery address. If the shipment is undeliverable, it will be returned and handled as a reshipment.
Unclaimed Packages
Packages that remain unclaimed will be returned to our facility. Any unclaimed returns that are not resolved within 30 days may be donated to charity. Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Final Sale Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed items such as face masks cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are considered final sale.
Customer-Initiated Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer remorse or incorrect sizing unless the item is defective. All products are made to order as part of our slow fashion model.
We recommend reviewing our size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Customers located in Brazil have the legal right to request a return within 7 days of receipt. To initiate this process, please contact our support team with your request and a clear photo of the product.
Delivered but Not Received
If your order is marked as delivered but you are unable to locate it:
* Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
* Look for delivery notes indicating where the package was placed
* Contact your local postal or delivery service for additional details
Please note that we do not offer refunds or reshipments for orders marked as delivered. In such cases, you may choose to place a new order.

If you display a return address on your package or website, please note it is strictly for returns. Any unrelated mail or correspondence sent to the address will be returned to sender.
