Production Errors or Damaged Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please report the issue within 30 days of receiving the item. We’ll resolve verified issues at no cost to you.

Submit a problem report here with photos and a brief explanation.

Lost in Transit?

If your package goes missing, please file a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or offer store credit.

Return-to-Sender & Address Issues

If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided at checkout, the order will be returned to our fulfillment facility. In such cases:

Reshipping will only occur after an updated, confirmed address is received.

Unclaimed returns are held for 30 days, then donated to charity.

Hygiene & Sealed Products

Due to safety and hygiene protocols, we cannot accept returns for sealed items such as face masks. These items are not eligible for reshipping and will be responsibly disposed of.

Buyer’s Remorse & Sizing Exchanges

Because each piece is made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.

For sizing concerns, refer to our detailed Size Guide before ordering.
If you wish to reorder a different size, a new purchase must be made at your expense.

EU Consumers – Notice on Withdrawal Rights

Under EU Directive 2011/83, the right to return may not apply to:

Personalized or made-to-order goods.

Sealed items unsealed after delivery.

Unstyled Collective reserves the right to decline returns under these exemptions.
